Finance Reports

Each year the City of Springfields Finance Department publishes an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). The report provides details of the City’s financial condition. The ACFR serves to provide financial information and fiscal transparency to the City Manager, Mayor & City Council, City staff, Springfield residents, businesses and organizations, and the general public.

The City of Springfield fiscal year runs from January 1 through December 31.
