At Springfield Fire and Springfield Ambulance, our mission is to serve and protect the residents of Springfield, South Dakota, in times of emergency. Our dedicated team of firefighters and EMTs are committed to providing prompt, professional, and compassionate care to those in need.

About Us

The Springfield Fire Department and Springfield Ambulance Department are a vital component of our community’s emergency response system. Our highly trained personnel are equipped with the tools and technology to respond to a wide range of emergencies, including fires, medical emergencies, and natural disasters.

Services We Offer

1. Firefighting: Our skilled firefighters are trained to combat structural fires, wildfires, and other types of blazes to protect lives and property.

2. Ambulance Services: Our EMTs are trained to provide advanced medical care, including CPR, first aid, and life-saving interventions, to patients in medical emergencies. We use PCC out of Castlewood for billing.
